4 – Under AMOUNT, enter the amount in Canadian dollars of your donation.

5 – Under FUND, click on the arrows on the right of the box and select the fund: VCM-SongArt – “Vaughan Williams”

6 – Under DONOR AND TAX RECEIPT INFORMATION, fill in your contact details.

7 – Under PAYMENT INFORMATION, fill in your payment details.

8 – Under DEDICATION INFORMATION, there is no need to add anything, since you have already sent your donation via the form on this page. However, you can repeat your dedication here (in short form only) if you like.
